30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email support@bmrundercut.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain opened personal-care and consumable products may not be eligible for return.
